For more than 25 years, CDC has been the silent force behind Malaysia’s digital procurement evolution.

Established in 1999 with a singular mission, commercedotcom commonly know as CDC, pioneered the nation’s transition from manual to electronic procurement, culminating in the launch of ePerolehan—one of the world’s first nationwide electronic procurement systems. Operating under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) with the Government of Malaysia, CDC introduced technology into procurement, addressing infrastructure and digital literacy challenges to enable smooth adoption.

History

CDC Logo Rationale

The CDC brand is an illustrative depiction of the company's approach towards natural growth. The inspiration for the logo came from a single seed - from which life is born. The transformation from seed to leaf (plant) gave birth to the nal design of the logo. The nucleus-like green radiating tone implies a strong hint of character and constant growth, leading to a robust, steadfast corporate structure - never limited by boundaries.
