- Launched ePerolehan for the Malaysian Government.
- Introduced Central Contract and Supplier Registration modules.
- Onboarded 15,000 suppliers.
- Laid the foundation for digital government procurement.

(2004 – 2007)
- Expanded to 639 government offices and 60,000 suppliers.
- Launched ePerolehan Directory and e-Bidding module.
- Transactions grew beyond RM4 billion.
- Introduced smart card tech and CRM system.
Sustaining Growth
(2008 – 2012)
- Reached 2,000 government offices and 100,000 suppliers.
- Added eCAT, Disaster Recovery, and eP@DESA.

- Underwent a rebranding that boosted transaction volume.
