A campaign celebrating Malaysian talent, different perspectives and shared stories through art.
Every Story Belongs
What Is INKlusif?
The CDC INKlusif campaign is a Merdeka and Malaysia Day initiative that celebrates Malaysian talent, different perspectives and shared stories through art.
Built around the message “Berbeza Cerita, Membina Malaysia” and “Every Story Belongs,” the campaign features Mu’az Z’s individual artwork alongside a collaborative artwork by students from SK Pendidikan Khas Ipoh.
Together, these works show how one voice and many voices can contribute to a larger Malaysian story.
CDC’s role is to provide the platform that brings together the artists, students, teachers and public participation.
Berbeza Cerita, Membina Malaysia.Every Story Belongs.
Every story has a place in the Malaysia we build together.

Creative Expression
Art as a Language of Expression
Art gives people the freedom to communicate in ways that are personal to them.
A line, a colour or a simple visual element can carry an idea, emotion or memory and show how someone sees Malaysia.
For INKlusif, art becomes a shared language that allows individual expression and shared creation to stand together.
The campaign features two approaches to artistic expression:
- An individual artistic contribution by Mu’az Z
- A collaborative artwork by students from SK Pendidikan Khas Ipoh
One begins with one artistic voice. The other brings many individual ideas together within one collaborative artwork.
Different in how they are created, both show how every contribution can become part of Malaysia’s shared story.

One Voice
One Voice: Mu’az Z
Mu’az contributes his own artistic interpretation of Malaysia and Merdeka through an individual visual language shaped by his ideas, imagination and creative style.
His artwork represents one artist’s personal perspective and reminds us that there is no single way to see or express Malaysia.
Within INKlusif, his work is presented as an artistic contribution to Malaysia’s shared story.
Every artist brings a personal perspective, and every perspective adds meaning to the larger Malaysian story. One voice can offer a different way of seeing Malaysia.
The Shared Creation
Shared Creation: SK Pendidikan Khas Ipoh
INKlusif also features a collaborative artwork by students from SK Pendidikan Khas Ipoh. Each student creates an individual visual element based on their own ideas and imagination.
The elements differ in subject, shape and style, with each contribution reflecting the student who created it.
Teachers gather and arrange the separate elements into one collaborative artwork while ensuring that each student’s contribution remains visible.
The completed piece is one collaborative artwork built from individual ideas. Each contribution remains visible within the shared creation.

Why INKlusif Matters
Why INKlusif Matters
INKlusif uses art to make inclusion visible through real creative contributions.
Mu’az’s individual voice and the students’ shared creation are different, but both are recognised as part of Malaysia’s larger story.
The campaign recognises that different contributions can stand together. INKlusif:
Every story has a place in the Malaysia we build together.
Public participation
More Than a Postcard
The INKlusif postcard brings together art and personal expression.
The featured artwork appears on one side, while the other provides space for someone to share what Malaysia means to them.
- Each postcard allows the artwork to travel further.
- It invites another Malaysian to contribute a story, reflection or message.
- The postcard is the campaign’s main public participation medium.
- It carries an artist’s perspective beyond its original format.
- It also gives the public a place to add their own voice.
A postcard carries more than an image. It carries a perspective, a connection and a story.
Each message becomes part of a growing collection of Malaysian perspectives and shared stories. Every contribution has a place.

First public activation
The Campaign Journey Begins at Larian MAPPA
Larian MAPPA XXI 2026 marks the first public activation of INKlusif.
At the CDC booth, visitors discover the featured artworks, learn about the artists and students behind them, and contribute their own Merdeka messages through the INKlusif postcard activity.
These messages will become part of a growing collection of Malaysian perspectives and shared stories.
Larian MAPPA introduces the campaign to the public through a real experience of art, reflection and participation.

A postcard carries more than an image. It carries a perspective, a connection and a story from one Malaysian to another.
