Job Description

Preparation of resolutions and statutory forms and follow through on signing and action required within timelines.
Assist in preparing agenda and issue notice of meetings.
Attend, record and assist in preparing minutes of Executive Committee (EXCO)/Board meetings.
Compile and distribute meeting papers.
Ensure all statutory forms and returns are lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia within the stipulated deadlines.
Sound knowledge of Companies Act, 2016 and able to provide advice on compliance and regulations requirements
Liaising with the Board of Directors, EXCO Members, External Company Secretary, Auditors and Registrar.

Network Administrator / CDC / Cyberjaya

Qualification

Job Description

Provide network requirement details for the system to be established.
Maintain current network and security policy and procedures for LAN and WAN as well as database established.
Monitor network performance and maintain according to the agreed SLA.
Monitor other relevant systems i.e. MyGov*Net
Ensure physical and IT security is maintained by existing firewall and has close co-operations with database team and system admin team.
Prepare reports and documentations of on-going tasks and on effort done and changes introduced.
Provide regular operations reports to IOIM Management.
Analyze and resolves network hardware, software and communications problems using diagnostic software and/or technical troubleshooting processes.
Monitors the hardware to ensure it is properly maintained.

Test, analyze and maintain software application in support of the achievement of business requirements.
Ensure detail specification of the program to be written/coded is clear and understood well.
Code, test and deliver complete with documentations for all programs written following the guideline and standard established within the given timeline.
Assist Team Leader/Systems Analyst in carrying out the integration test to ensure all bugs and mistakes are corrected in the programs written.
Prepare documentation on programming tips, standards and guidelines and transfer the knowledge to other junior programmers as and when required.
Progress of on-going tasks and issues on related matters; and continuously enhance expertise and knowledge on application development and other related technology and methodology.

Qualification

BSc degree in computer science, engineering or related discipline.

Job Description

Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs during SIT and UAT.
Develop, document and maintain functional test cases and other test artifacts like the test data, data validation, test scripts and automated scripts.
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
Work closely with Business Analyst to clarify gaps found during testing.
Work closely with Developer in analyzing and resolve any defects found during testing.
Work closely with Client (tester or business user) and provide advice related to the testing.
Design and implementation of test frameworks for the purpose of automated and continuous integration tests of system components, as well as system integration tests.
Analyze reported problems and identify the root cause, then provide solution and assess the effort to fix the problems.
Isolate, replicate and report defects and verify defect fixes.
