At Commerce Dot Com (CDC), our commitment to integrity, transparency and ethical business practices drives every aspect of our operations. To bolster our corporate governance, we obtained ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) certification for all subsidiaries in response to the corporate liability provision under Section 17A of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2019 (Amendment 2018). We've also introduced new policies and procedures recommended by the Prime Minister’s Department, covering Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption, Whistleblowing and Code of Conduct and Business Ethics, applicable to all employees and business partners.
