Petaling Jaya, July 11, 2024 - Commerce Dot Com Sdn. Bhd. (CDC) and the Malaysian Institute of Corporate Governance (MICG) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to shape up governance, ethics, and integrity in public sector procurement practices. This partnership aims to strengthen transparency, accountability, and governance standards in Malaysia's procurement landscape by combining MICG’s governance expertise with CDC’s decades of experience with its innovative solution, ePerolehan.

The MoU represents a significant step towards integrating best practices and advanced technology to benefit organizations across various sectors.
