Our Commitment to Excellent Governance

We are committed to conduct our business in an ethical way and in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. We believe that how we conduct ourselves is as critical to our success as developing excellent products and services. Our Business Conduct and Compliance policies are foundational to how we do business and how we put our values into practice every day.

With the implementation of the corporate liability provision under Section 17A of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2019 (Amendment 2018) in June 2020, the Group has taken the initiative to further strengthen its corporate governance by acquiring the ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) certification from SIRIM QAS International Sdn Bhd for all our subsidiaries in June 2020.

New policies and procedures were also introduced as recommended by the Prime Minister’s Department. These include the Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) Policy and Procedures, Whistle Blowing Policy and Procedures, as well as Code of Conduct and Business Ethics (Code) which applies to all of our employees and business partners.
