CDC’s subsidiary, CDC International Sdn Bhd (CDCi) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with TIME dotCom Berhad (TIME) as part of the former’s digitalisation initiative in line with its business growth aspirations. The three-year partnership will see CDCi leveraging TIME’s comprehensive service suite which includes high-performance connectivity, agile cloud infrastructure hosted in its secure hhyper-scale data centres, cybersecurity capabilities, and voice solutions

CDCi’s Chief Executive Officer, Putri Nurul Ida Yahya, said the long-term partnership with TIME will not just benefit CDCi alone, but the entire Puncak Semangat Group particularly in accelerating the group’s transformation towards a digitalised establishment that will drive sustainability and growth.

Puncak Semangat Group’s Hari Raya Open House made a come-back after two years following the further relaxation of Covid-19 standard operating procedures (SOPs) by the Government beginning 1 May 2022. The event, which took place on 26 May 2022 at The Warehouse, Wisma Commercedotcom, in Petaling Jaya attracted about 2,000 guests. As part of PSG, Commerce Dot Com Sdn Bhd (CDC) plays a big role in making this event a success.

Tazkirah and Iftar PSG is an annual programme which is organised in the Ramadan month. The event, which took place on 20 April 2022 at The Warehouse, Wisma Commercedotcom, in Petaling Jaya, include a religious talk by renowned preacher and actor, Azman Shah Alias, followed by a mass breaking of fast and Tarawih prayer.
