Semangat Warrior Battle is a sporting event that provides a platform for the employees to showcase their hidden talents and skills. The one-day event was held on 14 December 2019. Among the event’s highlights include the obstacle race or spartan challenge which is open to various categories; individual, group (employees only), group (employees and their family members) and junior (employees’ children). There is also a Zumba challenge where employees have the opportunity to unleash their creative side to come up with their own choreography

CDC Group subsidiary, Commerce Access Sdn Bhd, was awarded with the ISO 18295-1:2017, joining the country’s only seven contact centre operators certified with the international standard certification for customer contact centres. The ISO 18295-1:2017, introduced in 2017 by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO), specifies a framework for any customer contact centres that aims to assist in providing clients and customers with services that continuously and proactively meet or exceed their needs

The Anti-Corruption and Integrity Forum 2019 received an overwhelming response from both public and private sectors, attracting about 200 participants. The one-day forum, which took place on September 18, 2019 at Hotel Istana, Kuala Lumpur, was co-organised by the Malaysian Institute of Integrity (IIM) and Aram Global Sdn Bhd, with Commerce Dot Com Sdn Bhd as the sole sponsor. Themed 'Embedding Integrity, The Cornerstone of Good Governance,' the forum provides an avenue for leaders in public and private sectors to get better understanding on the need for a comprehensive regulations in order to effectively combat bribery and corruption. It also highlighted the efforts and commitment of the Malaysian Government in the fight against bribery and corruption.

Commerce Dot Com Sdn Bhd’s (CDC’s) 20th anniversary was held simultaneously with PSG’s Hari Raya Open House this year as both celebration fell coincidently in June. To commemorate the grand celebration, CDC unveiled a coffee table book entitled ‘CDC – 20 Years Innovations in Public Commerce’ that documents its journey in bringing digital transformation to the Government’s procurement operations over the past 20 years. CDC also revealed a book on its recent expedition to Everest Base Camp (EBC) in Nepal, which is published as a complimentary to the 20th anniversary commemoration book. The daunting expedition represents the determination and perseverance of CDC throughout the years. Over 2,000 guests attended the event which took place at The Warehouse, Wisma Commercedotcom in Petaling Jaya.

Puncak Semangat Group (PSG) held a mass breaking of fast and tarawih in conjunction with the holy month, Ramadan. The event, which took place on the evening of 23 May 2019 at Wisma Commercedocom in Petaling Jaya, received participation from employees across the Group including Commerce Dot Com Sdn Bhd (CDC). The event also provides the opportunity for the employees to listen to a short religious talk by Imam Muhammad Asyraf Mohd Ridzuan, the young Imam and preacher who won Imam Muda reality TV programme in 2010.

In conjunction with Commerce Dot Com Sdn Bhd’s (CDC’s) 20th anniversary this year, the company has embarked on a 14-day-long expedition to tame the Everest Base Camp (EBC) in Nepal. The daunting expedition reflects the determination and perseverance of CDC in its journey throughout the 20 years. The expedition team comprises of seven CDC’s employees including its CEO, Muzafar Kamal Shahaluddin, and 11 officers from various ministries under the Malaysian Government.
